Si dice: “Non si vuole di certo auspicare il ripristino delle disposizioni fasciste sopra riportate, seppure, non va dimenticato che, accanto a coloro che perseguivano evidenti volontà illiberali, insigni giuristi apprezzavano tali normative che, per l’eterogenesi dei fini tipica delle leggi, garantivano comunque un sistema di conoscenza e di trasparenza”.
“Quando si vogliono riesumare delle leggi che saranno pur commentate positivamente da insigni giuristi, come scrive la Commissione, ma hanno prodotto un regime repressivo violando ogni libertà – afferma Bisi – credo che si dimentichi il sangue versato da tanti cittadini e si faccia anche un’opera di nega

Mi sembra forse di capire che il fine vero della Commissione era ed è quello di mettere all’indice la Massoneria e i suoi iscritti attraverso la violenza di una legge che la ingessi e la ingabbi. La trasparenza è tipica dei regimi totalitari diceva anche Stefano Rodotà”.
Sulla vicenda delle infiltrazioni mafiose e sulla presenza di condannati ex 416 bis nelle Logge il Gran Maestro Bisi puntualizza: “Prendiamo atto dei risultati contenuti nella relazione e ribadiamo che oggi come allora siamo disposti a collaborare per l’accertamento della verità e che ci siamo opposti al sequestro di tutti gli elenchi perché così si criminalizza un’intera associazione. Respingiamo al mittente invece qualsiasi cattivo pensiero riguardo al nostro archivio cartaceo e digitale. I nostri elenchi sono di una trasparenza assoluta ed è un’offesa gravissima pensare che la nostra gestione degli stessi non sia chiara o che ci siano magari zone occulte. Quanto ai presunti condannati per mafia sarebbe opportuno indicare oltre le persone fisiche il periodo temporale in cui sono o non sono stati iscritti alla nostra Obbedienza o alle altre. Noi i controlli li abbiamo sempre fatti con rigore e continueremo a farli con altrettanta severità ma i nostri organi ispettivi non hanno funzioni di polizia giudiziaria né possono agire come se lo fossero”.
In merito a tutta la vicenda che ha portato al sequestro degli elenchi è fuorviante sostenere la tesi della mancata collaborazione in quanto il Gran Maestro Bisi, sin dal primo istante in cui la presidente Bindi manifestò l’intenzione della Commissione a indagare, ha chiesto di essere audito dalla Commissione presentandosi per ben due volte dinanzi ai membri della stessa. Il Gran Maestro non ha mai rifiutato il confronto ed ha chiesto più volte che gli venissero fatti gli eventuali nomi dei presunti soggetti accostabili a ramificazioni malavitose. “Non ho mai negato la mia collaborazione e quanto viene scritto nei miei confronti è del tutto opinabile ed arbitrario. Ricordo poi ai membri della Commissione che nella vicenda di Castelvetrano i due fratelli del Goi presenti nel consiglio comunale non erano e non sono “impresentabili” come ha stabilito in una recente ordinanza il tribunale di Marsala riabilitandone l’immagine”.
Riguardo inoltre al riferimento riguardante l’ex Gran Maestro Di Bernardo che ha parlato delle infiltrazioni mafiose nelle Logge calabresi del Goi, “il suo ricordo a scoppio ritardato lascia basiti ed è anzi molto singolare che la Commissione Antimafia abbia preso per buone le dichiarazioni di un personaggio – fra l’altro a suo tempo “fratello coperto” come da sua esplicita richiesta scritta – che irresponsabilmente per l’istituzione di cui era il massimo rappresentante, non ha mai edotto l’allora Giunta del Grande Oriente d’Italia della gravità delle notizie in suo esclusivo possesso. Per queste sue tardive affermazioni il Goi intende intraprendere nei suoi confronti iniziative giudiziarie”.
Il Grande Oriente d’Italia è pronto a difendere il suo sacrosanto diritto all’esistenza e alla riservatezza dei suoi iscritti nel pieno rispetto della legge e della Costituzione italiana di cui ricorre tra qualche giorno l’entrata in vigore. “Pensare di addossare i mali della politica ed i problemi della Nazione alla Massoneria esibendo una eventuale legge liberticida è profondamente antidemocratico. Non solo questo, eventualmente cos’altro si potrà richiedere poi ai liberi muratori? Di presentare ogni mese il certificato di buona condotta? Di fare solo lavori esterni alla Pubblica Amministrazione? Si vieterà loro di concorrere a posti pubblici? O di fare politica? Saranno messi in settori particolari e ben delimitati persino allo stadio? Pensiamo che questo modo di agire e di procedere non porti nulla di buono e sia la preoccupante spia di una situazione generale ormai sfuggita di mano e nella quale al di là dei pregiudizi e dei teoremi da dimostrare i massoni sono rimasti fra i pochi soggetti istituzionali capaci di difendere antichi valori e quella libertà che qualcuno vuole duramente e pericolosamente reprimere”.
