Martedì 7 novembre presso il Museo Storico della Liberazione a Roma (Via Tasso, 145, ore 17,30) si svolgerà, a cura del Servizio Biblioteca del Grande Oriente d’Italia, la presentazione del volume “A testa alta verso l’Oriente eterno. Liberi muratori nella Resistenza romana” di Mauro Valeri pubblicato dalla Mimesis.
A partire dalle ore 16,00 sarà possibile vedere il film-documentario “Via Tasso 145: dal carcere al museo” di Lucrezia Lo Bianco e Agostino Pozzi, che ricostruisce la storia di questi luoghi. All’incontro, aperto a tutti e moderato dal prof. Antonio Parisella, presidente del Museo Storico della Liberazione, parteciperanno il vicepresidente della Fondazione Museo della Shoah, Paolo Masini, e i professori Filippo Motta e Carlo Ricotti,presidente del Collegio circoscrizionale del Lazio del G.O.I. Interverrà il Gran Maestro, Stefano Bisi.
Il volume traccia la storia e le caratteristiche della Resistenza romana a cui ha partecipato attivamente, oltre alle forze legate al Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale, anche un arcipelago di organizzazioni che hanno contribuito a contrastare l’occupazione tedesca e il rinascere del Fascismo. Tra queste c’era anche l’Unione Nazionale della Democrazia Italiana (UNDI), promossa dal massone Placido Martini, che ha pagato la sua scelta con la vita, alle Fosse Ardeatine, insieme ad altri otto dirigenti dell’Unione, tutti affiliati alla loggia clandestina “Carlo Pisacane”, fondata al confino di Ponza nel 1931.

Il 26 novembre la Loggia Dio e Popolo al Mausoleo delle Fosse Ardeatine
Anche quest’anno, in osservanza ad una lunga e preziosa abitudine, la Loggia Dio e Popolo n.786 si recherà a rendere omaggio ai 335 Martiri delle Fosse Ardeatine e, in particolare, ai 18 Fratelli, di diverse Obbedienze, lì trucidati il 24 marzo 1944 dalle forze di occupazione tedesche come rappresaglia contro l’attentato di via Rasella.
Domenica 26 novembre alle ore 10.00, i Fratelli della Dio e Popolo saranno presenti al Mausoleo delle Fosse Ardeatine (via Ardeatina 174), unitamente ai Fratelli di altre Logge, familiari ed amici.
La Cerimonia, informale ed essenziale, consisterà nella deposizione di un fiore su ciascuna Tomba dei Fratelli e su quella, vuota, che rappresenta tutti i Caduti. In conclusione, una breve visita al luogo del Martirio. Tutti i Fratelli sono invitati ad intervenire insieme ai loro ospiti.
